People still lined up for hours to get tested for COVID-19 at a FEMA site in Paramus -- sleeping in cars until it opened at 8 a.m. It usually runs out of tests by midday, turning folks away. But for the first time since it opened in March, the facility tested everyone in line. What does that mean?
