A house interim study is looking into evidence suggesting links between injection wells used by the oil and gas industry and a spike in earthquakes. Seismologist Austin Holland told the panel injection fluids have been shown to produce earthquakes, and OSU hydrogeophysics professor Todd Halihan said it would be hard to classify all of Oklahoma's quakes as natural.
