Tahlequah High School teacher Jason Scott Proctor is named 2015 Teacher of the Year.
A panel of educators and civic leaders have named Tahlequah High School teacher Jason Scott Proctor the 2015 Oklahoma Teacher of the year. State Superintendent of Public Instruction Janet Barresi made the announcement Tuesday during a presentation at the Oklahoma State Fair. Proctor teaches Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus at Tahlequah High School.
