Voters consider a state question to add the death penalty to the Oklahoma constitution.

A state question would add to the Constitution what the state legislature can already do concerning the death penalty. Lawmakers consider whether more money should be given to the Department of Public Safety to avoid furloughs of Highway Patrol troopers.
