Oklahoma is moving toward the goals of the Clean Power Plan, all on its own.
While the controversy over the appointment of Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt to head the Environmental Protection Agency continues, leaders in the electric generation industry doubt he will really make that big of a change to the agency. While Pruitt may slow down enforcement the rules already in place at EPA have already been upheld in the courts.
