Recent shootings of black males by police, including an incident in Tulsa, prompt dialog about racism. Adding to concerns about waiting lists of Oklahomans waiting for mental health treatment, insurance companies are kicking some clients out of treatment. And state lawmakers examine potential benefits of, and concerns about, unmanned aerial vehicles.
